DEVOLUCIONES
Las devoluciones no son gratuitas.
El Usuario dispone de un plazo de catorce (14) días naturales desde la recepción del producto para ejercer su derecho de desistimiento, conforme a la normativa vigente. En Navidad el plazo se extiende hasta 45 días naturales. Si se supera el plazo, no se aceptará la devolución.
Para proceder a la devolución el producto no debe haber sido usado y debe estar en perfecto estado con las etiquetas y el embalaje correspondiente (cajas, bolsas, etc.) tal y como se recibió, a la siguiente dirección: Plzenecká 222/22, 326 00 Pilsen, Czech Republic.
Una vez que HIPPY reciba el producto y nuestro personal verifique y determine que se cumplen las condiciones de la devolución, HIPPY devolverá al Usuario todos los pagos recibidos, incluidos los gastos de envío en un plazo máximo de catorce (14) días naturales contados a partir de la fecha en que se realizó la devolución. El usuario debe informar a HIPPY de su decisión de desistir del presente contrato. HIPPY procederá al reembolso utilizando el mismo método de pago utilizado por el Usuario para la transacción inicial. El Usuario asumirá los gastos de devolución del producto adquirido.
Le recordamos que los gastos de devolución de los productos correrán a su cargo y que HIPPY no aceptará en ningún caso devoluciones enviadas con vencimiento.
RETURNS
Returns are not free of charge.
The User has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable regulations. During the Christmas period, this period is extended to forty-five (45) calendar days. If this period is exceeded, the return will not be accepted.
In order to proceed with the return, the product must not have been used and must be in perfect condition, with the corresponding labels and packaging (boxes, bags, etc.), exactly as it was received, and sent to the following address: Plzenecká 222/22, 326 00 Pilsen, Czech Republic.
Once HIPPY receives the product and our staff verifies and determines that the conditions for the return are met, HIPPY will refund the User all payments received, including shipping costs, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the return was made. The User must inform HIPPY of their decision to withdraw from the present contract. HIPPY will issue the refund using the same payment method used by the User for the initial transaction. The User shall bear the costs of returning the purchased product.
Please note that return shipping costs shall be borne by the User, and that HIPPY will not, under any circumstances, accept returns sent with cash on delivery.
